Which democratic country in the world would tolerate its parliament being so humiliatingly bullied by the executive through its puppet speaker who rules parliament like a school master controlling a bunch of school kids? What do we make of a parliament which is prohibited from raising a world renowned corruption issue of the prime minister when the same act of corruption has been under investigations by many governments in the world?  Speaker of Dewan Rakyat is lording over Parliament through its stooge speaker and secretariat, is there any semblance of dignity and meaning left in the august House which is supposed to be the supreme body of our polity? What do we make of a parliament which is prohibited from raising a world renowned corruption issue of the prime minister when the same act of corruption has been under investigations by many governments in the world?

The RM42 million in PM Najib Razak’s private bank account sourced from SRC International - a company under his Finance Ministry - is a fait accompli that has been referred to repeatedly in Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission’s public statements as a major focus of its investigations.
So this is a serious question that the prime minister must answer in Parliament. Why should it be rejected simply because it was reported in the press? This is blatant violation of democratic principles. what is the use of having a parliament like this?

The rulers decreed that investigations into 1MDB be expedited without any cover-up.
when all questions on corruption issues related to Najib and 1MDB were so arbitrarily rejected, Malaysians should seriously ponder whether they should cease to refer to Malaysia as a democracy, and whether our constitution still holds any meaning when our parliament has been so shabbily downtrodden.to seize and hold (a position, office, power, etc.) by force or without legal right: The pretender tried to usurp the throne.. to use without authority or right; employ wrongfully:

Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia con man in our Parliament (the Speaker of Dewan Rakyat)  and Najib’s side kick.

In Parliament, we have, Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia,  Pandikar Amin Mulia Usurping Agong ’s power:the Speaker of the House of Representatives ( Dewan Rakyat, our Lower House in a bicameral parliamentary system) who thinks that it is his job to prevent debates on critical matters of public interest (for example a no confidence vote against the incumbent Prime Minister), and apply to the rule book to silence members of the Opposition.  Pandikar Amin thinks he reports to the Prime Minister’s Office.

Datuk Seri Najib Razak leaving the Parliament building yesterday. A much-hyped no-confidence vote against him can now only see the light of day at the next parliamentary sitting, the speaker announced today.
Parliament is a dirty trick for Najib he t calls himself  clean and transparent. The tragic part of it all is that Malaysian suffer while Najib fiddles.

When something heartwarming came out for devastating Najib

For those who say this crisis is about the “will of the people” versus the “tyranny of the elected
this is about the fundamental division of power in our democracy and about Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia
a defining the limits of Parliament and the political class vis-à-vis the power and the limits of the judiciary.

the Speaker , Dewan Rakyat, the Sabah Pandikar, that his primary role is to facilitate debate according to the rules of the House and not to protect Ministers of the Government. We, members of the public, have a right to know what the government is, among other things, doing with our money. All monies can only expended on government activities, programmes and projects subject to formal sanction and oversight by parliament, which is the sole legislative body in our country
With the spiralling prices of pulses, the main source of protein for the poor, the government has only firefighting measures to offer, and little to address the structural issues
