Is it so Najib that you said without touching any of the people's money

Former Attorney-General Tan Sri Abu Talib said Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) cannot express its views on the investigations on the Prime Minister.  MACC’s role is only to investigate and pass the investigation papers to ’ A-G for his decision whether to prosecute the case or not.

like MACC will submit their investigation papers to the new A-G soon, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) also submitted their investigation papers to the new AG with a very strong and made-known-to-the-public recommendation that the A-G should prosecute 1MDB for certain crimes.  The A-G acted quite predictably. The Governor of BNM made appeals that the case be prosecuted and yet the answer was the same.

A crime is a crime. If we are required to ‘close one eye’ or ‘close both eyes’ towards crime, then why have laws in the first place? Why do we need the Police, the Courts or the AG? Just disband the Police, the Courts and let the AG go back to being in goodly spirits."What we can confirm is that the 1MDB audited financial statements clearly describe the amount and purpose of the payments, which for the avoidance of doubt, is structured as a deposit (i.e. a financial asset belonging to 1MDB and not an expense to 1MDB)

The effort relied heavily on the state investment fund Mr. Najib controlled, 1Malaysia Development Bhd., according to minutes from 1MDB board meetings seen by The Wall Street Journal and interviews with people who worked there. social media, many more people are saying what could not be put into words earlier without attracting the wrath of the liberal mainstream. There is a growing constituency for expressing feelings that one should not have but one does, and upon finding that there are many more who feel similarly, these politically incorrect sentiments get crystallised into a larger movement

Prime Minister first threatened but dare not sue Wall Street Journal. Now again try to avoid a court case. Sure it sounds like it is the judge's advice. But is it?
Little in your impulsiveness did you realize that so the retribution had to come, and doubly did it do so,too have come to the rescue  so they will say and do what is in their own interest. But are you sure of your interests, Mr Prime Minister?  said Najib had admitted to receiving the RM2.6 billion as a donation on December 8 last year and had not channelled the money to Umno's accounts.
Dr Ling had in October agreed with former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad that Najib had "taken the people’s money and put it in his own personal accounts".

BNM's Akhtar Zeti Aziz is certain that there is enough evidence to charge Najib for flouting Financial Services Act and other banking laws but she is not brave enough to do so. She had since pushed the dirty job to the AG's Office and the matter just stopped in there. With Ambank fined RM53.7million, and ostensibly in relation to Najib's account, there is no reason why BNM is unable to take up the case against Najib
In the 1MDB matters, the BNM is the investigative authority. It has clearly completed its investigation. It then prepared an investigation paper and forwarded it to the Attorney -General. In this case, the Attorney-General has chosen not to follow the BNM’s recommendation for charges to be proffered against those responsible for the breaches of the ECA. The BNM asked for a review of the Attorney-General’s baffling and perplexing decision. The Attorney-General stuck to his decision and  bullheadedly declared that no offence had been committed.
That decision, in view of the BNM’s findings, is indeed perplexing. It makes a mockery of the investigative authority’s good work. While it is arguable that the Attorney-General does not have to explain the reason for his inaction, clearly his decision in this case, where the investigative authority has deemed it fit to even list out the breaches of the ECA publicly, demands scrutiny from the public and the Parliament. He must answer this mystery and explain himself.also read this Will the real special officer to the AG, Mabel Muttiah, stand up please

Najib the Wolf of WSJ

Najib denies public funds used to settle 1MDB woes

"What we are glad about is that we are resolving it not by way of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) but through an 'agreement', without touching any of the people's money," he said at the monthly assembly for the Prime Minister's Department today also read this Najib taming our deathly A-G office with Najib's puppet Mohamed Apandi Ali as A-G
Don't understand why such a "conscientious" Prime Minister'  cannot face the law and his defendant? and his lawyers are bullshitting saying the court asks for mediation. please every one knows what happened To avoid answering the questions in court under oath? Managed to do that in parlament and now in the court of law. Forever avoiding, hiding behind whatever at disposal including the judiciary.
Why mediation why not open court hearing? Is Najib afraid all the dirty linen would be washed in public? Is he afraid the truth will be revealed and will not be able to answer questions? Shame on him.
who in God's name do you think will be the arbitrator. As the current arbiter of Malaysia’s destiny, the high court judges already knew the out come or consequences of this court case that the position of Umno and their position and livelihood will be in jeopardy,The high Court should proceed and sue Ling for slanders and defamation so PM can come out clean.
Mr Prime Minister, you should know that, as the poet John Donne says, for whom the bell tolls, it tolls for thee.
