The Judicial Rhetoric of Morality, the mother of judicial axis of evil

A cautionary note is in order here. It has forever been the battle-cry of human rights … What of the third axis—that of the secular-religious dichotomy—as it pertains to … In either role, it is the highest judicial instance. On ….. physical integrity of one person is a lesser evil than that of several people.
While we appreciate Al Gore and Paul Wolfowitz’s interest in Malaysia (“Malaysia’s Opposition on Trial,” op-ed, Aug. 5), and their positive assessment of our country as a leading moderate Muslim-majority democracy, we strongly disagree with their call for the Malaysian and United States governments to intervene in the trial of opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim. Such
Farah Azlina Latif sex with complainantPeople have asked me on this blog why I don’t seem to write about Sodomy II. They are curious if I have abandoned Anwar Ibrahim’s cause or struggle. They are curious if I know something about Anwar that I don’t seem to want to write in his defence, or report about his on-going trial.
Yes, I do know a lot of things about Anwar, and respect his intellectualism and tenacity in the face of adversity. I also know that he is not guilty of the charge they have framed against him, whether in Sodomy I or Sodomy II. I know a lot of things about Anwar to know that Sodomy II is as evil as Sodomy I.
Sodomy 2 is a lost cause
So, why don’t I write about Anwar’s trial? Because, it is a lost cause! Because the BN government is galvanizing all its powers to fix Anwar and they will convict him by hook or by crook. In Sodomy I, the combination of the government’s might was used – the Police, the Attorney-General and the Courts. The same base tactic is being used again in Sodomy II, nothing creative, nothing ingenuous. So there is nothing more to write on that subject as far as I am concerned.

I have become “Lelah” (the closest English word I can think of is “exasperated”), knowing that Sodomy II will end like Sodomy I. If such a thing can happen to a former Deputy Prime Minister and incumbent Opposition Leader and Member of Parliament for Permatang Pauh, what hope is there for Rule of Law, for Truth and Justice to prevail in our beloved country?
Never Give Up Hope
Never Give Up Hope
But I am being reminded by concerned Malaysians that we cannot give up hope. For the sake of our future generations, we must believe that change is possible, if we want it. We must believe that the struggle must not end with just the fight for Justice for Anwar.
We now have the opportunity to send a strong message to this UMNO-BN government that it must change, or it will be changed. We can direct the minds of the masses to recognize the fabrications and lies in the case of Kugan, Teoh Beng Hock, Altantuya Shariibu, Raja Petra Kamaruddin, Dato’ Ramli Yusuff and Lawyer Rosli Dahlan.
We can galvanise public opinion so that the perpetrators are identified and be remembered so that they cannot hoodwink us to believe otherwise. It used to be said that history is written by the victors. But in this cyber world, the pens of the individual observers can reach out to the hearts and mind of the masses. We can overcome the lies of the mainstream media which are nothing more than propaganda tools of the government.
Teoh Beng Hock’s Suicide Note: The Mother of All Fabrications
While the family is still mourning Teoh Beng Hock’s death; while Malaysians are still infuriated by the death of a young man whom the MACC has admitted was needed just as a witness; and while the facts show Teoh was thrown out of the 14th Floor office of the MACC Shah Alam office, the MACC is conniving at a cover up.
It is incredulous that on the day of the incident, the Selangor MACC Director should see it fit to run and seek directions from Dato’ Abu Kassim in Putrajaya instead of attending to Teoh’s death. That Abu Kassim would have then directed a denial to be issued shows his complicity in this cover up. It is unbelievable that the whole machinery of the MACC, the Police and the AG’s Office are then seen working in concert towards this cover up.
Still, the public was willing to give the MACC a chance to explain what happened through the Coroner’s Enquiry. But now, at this late stage, it is just boggles in my mind that AG Gani is showing contempt to allMalaysians by contriving a “suicide note”. This is an affront to Malaysian sensibilities and sense of common decency and etiquette. This is insulting Malaysian intelligence. This is just too revolting.
Gani’s Modus Operandi, IGP’s Badge of Deceit and MACC’s SOP
Already, Attorney General Gani Patail has been embroiled in numerous allegations offabrications and lies. Lawyer Manjit Singh Dhillon had previously accused Gani Patail of fabrication in Nallakaruppan’s firearm’s case. Dato’ Mat Zin, former KL Police OCCI, had also accused Gani Patail and Musa Hassan of fabricating evidence in Anwar’s black eye case. These two man are just too tainted. And yet Gani Patail now wants Malaysians to believe the existence of a suicide note?
I will not bother commenting any further than to just quote what my good friend and Member of Parliament Gobin Singh Deo has said to Gani Patail:
“ I say it again, resign. Take the blame, do it honourably. If this can happen wit Teoh’s case, what about other cases and prosecutions?”
Indeed, what about other cases? While in Teoh’s case, they fabricated a suicide note, what did they do in the Altantuya murder case? Did they not make the Immigration records disappear? Did they not do that after they made Altantuya herself disappear? Or more like blown her to bits. Yes, they C4’d her and then erased the Immigration records of her entry. Yes that’s what they did – fabricate and lie. Two policemen were convicted while Abdul Razak Baginda was acquitted. AG Gani did not appeal although the two policemen could not have done it on their own. AG Gani did not appeal and Razak Baginda made a quick exit out of the country. He is now abroad with not a care in the world!
The AG is also known to have doctored the map and photograph of Pulau Batu Puteh for the hearings at the International Court of Justice at The Hague. In this case, the Singaporeans caught him red handed. As a result, we lost Pulau Batu Putih. He should have resigned but he didn’t.
Sabah Case against Dato’ Ramli failed
In the Sabah case against Dato’ Ramli, the MACC officer , Sok One a/l Essen lodged a false report by naming Dato’ Ramli in a report. Sok One said that he received a telephone call and wrote on a piece of paper of what he heard about Dato’ Ramli from this penghulu kampong . Under cross examination in Court, the Penghulu denied that he ever mentioned Ramli’s name. Sok One has since admitted in Court that he had destroyed the paper on which the information was written!
In effect, this MACC officer had admitted that he destroyed evidence. Judge Supang Lian acquitted Dato’ Ramli in that case. AG Gani appealed and lost in the High Court. Yet, AG Gani is still appealing further to the Court of Appeal. Why?
Kuala Lumpur Case also failed
In Dato’ Ramli’s earlier KL case, the MACC IO Azmi Ismail admitted that his report against Dato’ Ramli for being involved in corruption was not of his own knowledge or investigation but purely based on another report. That led to the startling discovery of several other cover reports No. 098/2006 to R/No: 075/2006 to R/No. 072/2006 to R/No: 065/2006 which all turned out to be fabrications as Dato’ Ramli’s name was not mentioned in any of it.
That was why I wrote about faggot Kevin Morais: The Liar Who Got Buried In His Lies. Judge M. Gunalen also acquitted Dato’ Ramli without calling for his defence. AG Gani is also appealing. AG Gani did not see it fit to appeal against Razak Baginda’s acquittal in a murder case, but sees it fit to appeal against Dato’ Ramli in a fix-up misdeclaration of assets case. From this, you canAG Gani’s priorities!
Recent Persecution of Dato’ Ramli Yusuff in the Court of Judge SM Komathy
Then in the present Summons case against Dato’ Ramli before Judge SM Komathy, the IO
Wan Abdul Rahman admitted he knew there was an unsigned letter of approval from then IGP Tan Sri Bakri for Dato’ Ramli to form a company and to be its shareholder and director. He did not ask where is the signed copy of that letter. He did not interview Tan Sri Bakri to confirm that Tan Sri Bakri Omar had indeed given his approval. He did not interview Datuk Robiah to confirm that there was indeed approval and a signed letter.
MACC IO Wan Abdul Rahman did not ask how is it that the signed letter of approval from Tan Sri Bakri disappeared from Dato Ramli’s service record kept with the PDRM’s Pentadbiran when Musa Hassan became IGP in September 2006. Did Musa Hassan have anything to do with the disappearance of that signed letter? After all Musa Hassan is the famous mattress carrier in Sodomy I!

What is so clear here is that IGP Musa Hassan, MACC Chief Abu Kassim and AG Gani Patail are involved in fabrications and lies. Evidence can disappear and appear like David Copperfield’s magic show. Witnesses can die while under their watch.
What is so clear is that Malaysians can no longer trust the highest law enforcement officers of this country. It is time we say to the Home Minister Dato’ Hishammuddin Hussein Onn- on the grave of your father , do the honorable thing. Don’t you dare extend Musa Hassan‘s contract.

Spoken two decades apart, these words sum up the troubled history of the relationship between Iran and the United States. The German philosopher, Friedrich Nietzsche, once said, “There are no facts, only interpretations.” His observation holds true about the manner in which Tehran and Washington remain preoccupied with each other. No significant event in Iran can go without repercussions for relations with the West. Almost 30 years after the overthrow of Iran’s autocratic ruler and America’s policeman in the oil-rich Gulf, Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi, the legacy continues to haunt both countries.
I agree that “9-11 was an inside job” has done its job by now and that we need new memes to push deeper. My thought is that we need to make a strong move to speaking clearly about treason. “Inside job” feels like a bank robbery. 9-11 was declared an act of war. Thus, MIHOP, LIHOP and even a surprise coup attack covered up afterwards can all easily be defined as treason under Article III, Section 3. This word has weight to it. I saw just a glimmer of its possibilities when CA Representative Brad Sherman’s aid in his DC office wouldn’t touch my 9-11 facts packet after I explained to her that it had to do with treason and misprision of treason, and that we the people were not counting on Congress to pursue this and thus would be seeking legal recourse through the judiciary. I tried to hand it to her after that and she pulled away, and told me to put it “over there on the counter.” So, these are my ideas for possible phrases or memes that might specify our message while keeping its assumptions as open as possible.
“Was 9-11 Treason?”
“The 9-11 Cover-up is Treason!”
“Is the 9-11 Cover-up Treason?”
“Arrest the Treasonous 9-11 Cover-up”
And after giving it much thought, I have come to conclude that every possible level of cover-up can be defined as treason, including covering up negligence and avoiding accountability. Just the fact that there are millions of us who think 9-11 was an “inside job,” even if we are wrong, can and should be laid in the lap of those that sought to silence the answering of reasonable questions.
In terms of Frum, I had what I thought was a very well-oiled question to pose to him about false-flag terrorism, but barely got into it before question time was over. So, I sent him the question in an email, which I post here for reference. Still haven’t heard back. If you want to send your thoughts into the blackhole of his inbox, you can reach him at dfrum@aei.org
Open Letter to Mr. David Frum with a Crucial Question
January 17, 2008
Los Angeles, CA
Mr. Frum,
As I told you in person last night, my name is Jeremy Rothe-Kushel and I’m a founder of a burgeoning group called Jewish Voices of Conscience for Truth, Justice and Peace. The following is the question I wanted to ask you before you cut me off to ask whether I believed that my U.S. government brought down the Trade Towers. Being a forward man who works to be honest, I told you the truth about what I believe, that I don’t know who blew up the Towers, but I know that someone did. And that just looking at the pulverization of 99% of the concrete soon breathed into the lungs of many of the 1st responders gives a strong clue that those buildings were blown up. To be even more precise-almost all the concrete, glass, filing cabinets and office supplies of all sorts, and a thousand human bodies, were molecularly dissociated into sub-100 micron-sized dust. Needless to say, the combination of plane crashes, fire and gravity does not do that in the physical reality that you and I co-inhabit. ( www.ae911truth.org )
Leaving aside for the moment the very important questions of the health of the thousands of first responders and the facts that point to what actually happened to the WTC buildings, the following question is a crucial one for you to answer, both as a foreign policy advisor to Presidential candidate Rudolph Giuliani, and as a man whose words and/or concepts were used to launch a war of aggression that has led to the death of thousands of people, American and Iraqi. You said that strong people desire criticism and will respond to it even if, in the moment, they don’t really want to hear it. Prove yourself to be of strong mind and heart by being willing to grapple with a serious critical question, even if you think my “beliefs” about the fate of the Towers are an indicator that my non-existent Paxil prescription is clearly not heavy enough (which, I should mention, is a point of “left-right” agreement that you have with Bill Maher) and should deny me the possibility of asking an important question of you.
My question has to do with the historical implications and logical consequences of that potent phrase “Axis of Evil,” which, as I understand, you originally coined “Axis of Hatred.” The natural corollary to this concept is not “the coalition of the willing,” but the “Allies of Good,” or, to be even more faithful to your original inspiration, the “Axis of Love.” If, by the way, you like that phrase, feel free to give it to Mr. Giuliani to use, as it is, at least in my opinion, more inspiring than “9-11, 9-11, 9-11.” Just kidding. Sort of.
So, if Iraq, Iran and North Korea were considered to be the “Axis of Evil,” then the “Allies of Good” must be the U.S.A., the U.K. and Israel. Supposing this to be true- despite what a wise Palestinian Jew might have once said about the line between good and evil residing at the fine scale of the human heart, let alone the geo-political map- what then are the implications of this set of allies’ historical participation in false-flag provocations and other types of state-sponsored terrorism?
Briefly, in terms of the United States, we surely remember the open facts that the Spanish did NOT blow up the Maine, Iranian Prime Minister Mossadegh did NOT send out paid thugs to terrorize his people in 1953, and the NSA has just reconfirmed for us that the Gulf of Tonkin incident WAS a hoax; not to mention the sponsoring and training of death squads and other terrorists in Central America and beyond throughout the Cold War.
Just so we are all on the same pages as Allies, I would mention the Fall 2005 arrest, in Basra, of two British SAS operatives, dressed as Arabs, shooting at Iraqi policemen with explosives in their car. And, finally, so no one can say that as a proud Jewish man I am coddling Israel, on 10-10-01, just a month after 9-11, two Israeli operatives, one Israeli Special Forces and one a Jewish Mexican citizen, were caught in the Mexican Parliament with grenades, C-4 explosives, a high-powered rifle and a Pakistani passport each. This incident was reported on CNN, once. And never followed up.
So, the question then becomes: Are we the good terrorists? Meaning, Mr. Frum, in your vision of “comeback conservatism,” is there a moral argument to be made for a terrorism of love? Or, as a foreign policy advisor to presidential candidate Rudolph Giuliani, will you publicly denounce state-sponsored terrorism and other false-flag psyops as horrific and immoral forms of statecraft in the 21st century?
Sincerely,
Jeremy Rothe-Kushel
“However, recently the officer admitted that he did in fact find the note when searching the slingbag on July 17 last year, but did not realise the significance of it as there were other documents as well that were written in Chinese and Roman characters found,” said the chambers.
Can you see how sloppy they are? Even when wanting to plant fabricated evidence.

This is indeed a masterpiece, base on psychiatric advice, they went hunting for a suicide note and a suicide note was discovered.
How convenient, they found nothing in the first search, but after talking to the psychiatrist they suddenly managed to find one suicide note.

In a related development, Thai forensic expert Dr Pornthip Rojanasunand is scheduled to testify again at the inquest on Aug 18.
Her previous testimony that there was a 80% probability of Teoh being murdered had paved the way for a second post-mortem.

The solution is to separate the offices of the AG and the PP
The scope of the Attorney-General’s powers in Malaysia has long been a subject of debate and controversy. He is the chief legal adviser to the government and is responsible for advising ministers involved in legal proceedings in their official capacity.
But as public prosecutor, he is also entrusted with power, which he uses at his discretion, to start, conduct or discontinue any proceedings for an offence, other than proceedings before a Syariah court, a native court or a court-martial.
His dual role has posed a real problem. A conflict of interest is bound to arise if he has to institute criminal proceedings against members of the government.
CAN WE THE MALAYSIAN PEOPLE RISE TO THE OCCASSION WHEN THE NATION NEEDS US?
CAN MALAYSIA DEPEND ON US?
Dr Mahathir’s autocratic, said those who engaged in money politics in UMNO should be arrested under the ISA. Oh Please do that. No better way to make UMNO more popular among the warlords. WHY Razak Baginda, the fall guy, with no further obstacles or hindrances in sight for Najis in his ascending to the Top Power, has now been released??? The real murderers whose identities are obvious but are still at large, with RPK detained under ISA but just released and PI Balasundram exiled overseas there are no other major obstacles and hindrances to Najis’ ascendancy to the pinnacle of his power come March 2009. This is only obvious that UMNO has now the final say in justice with their man Zaki as the Chief Justice. This is the obvious Justice of Malaysia, the laughing stock of the whole world, Malaysia should be boycotted by the world communities for their greatest injustices towards human rights and common normal justices. THIS IS MALAYSIA’S MALAY SUPREMACY AT ALL COSTS BUT GOING DOWN THE SEWERS WITH NARJIS, THE NEW PRIME MINISTER IN WAITING AFTER THE 51ST YEAR OF INDEPENDENCE.
The Altantuya Shaariibuu prosecution, surrounded by rumours involving important political figures, is a case in point.
Some countries in the Commonwealth, such as Australia and Canada, do not have such a problem. There the job of reviewing evidence, and beginning and conducting prosecution of offences, is entrusted to a Director of Public Prosecutions.
Since he is unencumbered by the sort of duties and functions the Attorney-General has, he is kept away from direct government influence and is able to act with impartiality in assessing whether or not to prosecute a case.
His decision is based on whether there is a realistic prospect of conviction on the evidence available and whether it is in the public interest for the prosecution to begin.
The Attorney-General in such a system would be a government minister. This would remove the structural defect in the present Malaysian system which constantly invites accusations that the Attorney-General is motivated by bias or is being selective in instituting criminal proceedings.
If he were made a part of the political party in power, the Attorney-General would not need to pretend to be neutral.
Though not directly involved in deciding whether to institute criminal prosecutions, he should be responsible for overseeing and superintending the prosecution services of the country and should answer to Parliament for the conduct of the Director of Public Prosecutions and of his department.
There is currently no formal mechanism requiring the Attorney-General to account for his conduct in relation to prosecutions of criminal proceedings. In spite of the wide powers he wields, he has no duty to report to the prime minister, cabinet or Parliament.
There has been no call for him to account for the failure of a number of high-profile prosecutions, which commenced with much fanfare but ended up being a waste of public funds.
Mr. Morrison condemned the Malaysian judicial system for “‘a new politically motivated show trial of Anwar Ibrahim.’”
Last year, Tan Sri Eric Chia, the former managing director of Perwaja Steel, was acquitted after 43 days of trial without his defence being called.
In acquitting the accused, the presiding High Court judge heavily criticised the conduct of the prosecution, especially their failure to call several key witnesses who had obvious knowledge of the material elements of the case.
With reference to particular key witnesses from Japan, the judge questioned whether it was the Japanese witnesses who were “reluctant” to come or “the prosecution was the one reluctant to bring them here”.
The prosecution of Koh Kim Teck, a businessman, and his two bodyguards, who were charged with murdering 14-year-old Chinese national Xu Jian Huang, and who were acquitted in 2005, is another case in point.
After a trial lasting 36 days and with 39 prosecution witnesses having given evidence, the presiding judge found that the prosecution had not brought forward any evidence which could implicate the accused in the murder and that there had been no “prima facie” case made out to warrant the defence being called to answer the charge.
The prosecution had apparently omitted to call material witnesses, including the investigating officer for the case and Koh’s driver who had reportedly given a cautioned statement that he had seen both bodyguards throw Xu into the swimming pool where he was eventually found. Two other material witnesses who were present in the house were also not called.
Yet another was the prosecution for the murder of Noritta Samsudin, where the accused was acquitted after 29 days of trial. The prosecution appealed against the acquittal right up to the Federal Court.
In dismissing the appeal, the Federal Court noted that there was a gaping hole in the prosecution’s case, where it failed to sufficiently account for the likelihood of there being another person present at Noritta Samsudin’s condominium unit who could also have committed the crime. No one else has been charged for the murder.
Any discussion on expensive and long-running criminal trials would not be complete without reference to the Irene Fernandez trial which spanned seven years and took over 300 days to complete.
It is still not over for the Tenaganita director, who was convicted in 2003 of publishing false news about the ill-treatment of detainees in camps for illegal immigrants. Her appeal against this conviction to the High Court has been the subject of numerous delays and has yet to be heard.
The Altantuya Shaariibuu murder trial will also go on record as one of the longest trials in Malaysian history.
The jailbirds at sungai buloh must be drooling at the thought of Anwar coming back. And maybe the warden too.
How to prepare for defense when you do not know what you did wrong.
Anyway, anwar has turned out to be a big dissapointment as an opposition leader. As he has turned the opposition into his personality cult, better the govenrment get rid of him so that we can get a better replacement to lead the opposition.

Raja Petra Kamarudin.Where in the Bible did you find that it teaches hate? Did you read it out of context? There is certainly hatred of Sin. But divine love for the sinner is declared throughout the Bible and splashed in red by Christ crucifixion/sacrifice for Mankind’s sins including your sins. It was also Jesus who said ‘love your enemies’ and ‘love one another’ this was echoed by His apostles. Also please read John Chapter 3 verse 16, which is a very well known verse about God’s love. And believe me – all those existential or theological questions raised in your articles are answered in the Bible; yes even about being victim because of being born without being consulted, are answered in the Bible. Please read it.Just read news that a YuoTube poser is jaied 30 months for comments on something like “God does not exist. If it does why there are so many bad things happen.”. What a crazy society? You cannot have different opinion from others who are in power. You remember when someone in the ancient age said that the earth is round, religious power sent him to a guillotine for voicing what the religious power deemed the “untruth believe”
what about the contingent liabilities and assets. Even then, you have not stated the net worth!
The choice of words that Malaysians use reveals what runs through their head. And most Malaysians reveal that they are bigots who look down on those not of their same race or religion. What is Mahathir’s fear? Let us revisit the votes obtained by BN and Pakatan in the 2008 GE. Total votes cast for parliamentary constituencies, BN (4,090,670 votes or 50.14%), and Pakatan (3,786, 399 votes or 46.41%).. Given this close fight between the two, and due to gerrymandering efforts of Mahathir, BN won 140 seats (63.16%), while Pakatan 82 seats (36.93%). Indeed, if true democracy is alive, BN would get at most 111 seats, and Pakatan 103 seats. When the regime is running out of new ammunition to contain the onslaught, Mahathir tries to put the blame on others when he is the person who should have taken the responsibility for causing the decline of BN. More aptly put, the soon demise of a regime. It pains him to see all the racist structures he set up being systematically dismantled. You need to open your eyes to the fact that the nation is not being held in thrall to your racist visions,The Satan intimidating that, reforms could spark unrest. In order to avoid the so-called unrest, the public must bow to the evil leadership of UMNO BARU government! And continue to be harassed and bully by the UMNO thugs, samsengs and gangsters! Until the national coffer completely been swindled and heavily debt laden where these evil UMNO BARU so-called leaders is willingly deserting the hopeless and bankrupted so-called government! The truth is a very hard path to tread on. You will be persecuted for telling the truth, ostracized for being objective, vilified for being fair ie non-racist. It’s much easier, much more rewarding to parrot lies, to “toe the influential former strongman Dr Mahathir Mohamad has thrown his weight behind a Malaysian conservative pushback against growing calls for change, saying reform could lift the lid on ethnic tensions.Dr Mahathir for reasons best known to him has been promoting a domineering form of Governence under the umbrella of a single majority race unmindful of the immense possibilites for progress through a meaningful partnership in multiracialism. Many now see his “Failure of Reason” and consider his philosopical leanings in this regard as a disservice to the nation which enabled him a long session of leadeship. His views are not consistent with the aspiratioms of the founding leaders of this nation and neither are his views a refection of an adequate understanding of the Constitution which had and has much promise for a properous amd peaceful multiracial Malaysia. It is still opportune for progressive malays to discard divisive values and join in partnership with non malays to establish a national future not based on “domination” but “partnership”.
This is the ass hole who created all the problems now ..how will thunku Abvdul raman laugh in his grave..this nation deserve to suffer because of this DR M ..he is a sick ass hole and driving this nation to shit for all his wrong doing The Satan intimidating that, reforms could spark unrest. In order to avoid the so-called unrest have always frightened the Malays by saying such things. You keep frightening us into believing that only you could save us. Enough of your con job. We are more matured now than those folks who innocently believed all that you cooked up. And continue to be harassed and bully by the UMNO thugs, samsengs and gangsters! Until the national coffer completely been swindled and heavily debt laden where these evil UMNO BARU so-called leaders is willingly deserting the hopeless and bankrupted so-called government you cause the racial divide in order to rule. Shame on you. The curse will forever follow your future Malaysia after more than 50 years rule by BN with nearly half period rule by you. You are now 86 years old. Just retire gracefully and let the younger generation people to think for their future since you give no future to Malaysian with all your corrupted govt and cronies around plundering the wealth of the country. Give the rakyat hundreds but stole in millions and millions. You are a cunning and crooked even to your Kerala race because you are not proad to be a Kerala but rather claim to be a Malay, but we all know that you are truly a “Mamak”REFOMASI will expose all those CROOKS, and when you think you are one of them, indeed reform is frightening!
he is too scare now that his 22 years of stealing will be known throughout the whole wide world once PR takes over Putrajaya and nothing else.Don’t ever think that he has the Royalty,Malay and Islam at his heart! His 22 years as PM tell us so and there are plenty of such examples. Tun, you are a big liar. When Stephen Sackur of the BBC’s Hard Talk programme in an interview with you on Dec 7 2009 mentioned that hundreds were arrested in the 1987 Operation Lalang, your reply was, “It’s not the truth. Tell me who are the hundreds of people who ended up in prison?” Well, it may not be hundreds Tun, but it definitely exceeded 100. You instructed the police to arrest a total of 106 people under the Internal Security Act. And also be reminded that whether or not the regime is liberal and accords more freedom on human rights, when the populace is unhappy, it will protest nevertheless. Have you forgotten that you were not able to suppress the 1988 reformasi movement that protested against you and called for your relinquishment of the premiership? You say that we are more race-conscious now due to too much freedom. It is only your evil wishful thinking. Pakatan supporters and Bersih protesters are fine examples that the opposite situation is a more accurate assesment. Dr M, are you capable to handle a constructive dialogue on the current ‘tension’ due to the racist policy of BN? Malaysia always revolted against the racist policy benefited only the cronies but met with violent response from the regime. During your regime we had two major incidents, 1988 Operation lalang & cry for Reformasi in 1998. You were able to supress the Rakyat’s aspirations for a just and fair society using security laws. The current struggle is nothing but the extension of earlier struggles. This time Rakyat has one voice and determined to claim their role in the administration of the Nation. No amounts of threat or right wing disturbances or terror stop us from claiming what belongs to the Rakyat.
If Ambiga becomes Prime Minister, I will quit my job and work for Malaysia. Ambiga stands for : All Malaysians behind you. Can we have a big story on Ambiga please? We need a change of sceneryThe so called ethnic tensions are nothing more than the BN old trick of divide and rule. Its time, we get to the consensus among all races that corruption, bribery and cheats must be got rid of. Dr M while has been admired for his grip on ensuring a weak opposition is increasingly losing his creadibility with his out of date opinions. Its time the nation moves on and vote for removal of diseases have weakened once a promising nation.Still trying to legitimise RACE and STRONG-ARM tactics to perpetuate his kleptocratic dictatorship, which he still controls from behind the ‘paper throne’. I actually pity this old dictator – he’s heading to the grave yet shows no signs of repenting. God bless him – this RACIST and FASCIST.Apart from a government that is firm and fair, don’t we also need one that is not blatantly corrupt? TDM must know that corruption’among other ills, is what is destroying the country and has to be totally done away with.
One main memory of exPM is the mother of all corruptions. When he details the type of corruptions, under and over the table corruptions. He is now frieightened that he will be caught by the next opposition Reform is no good for the country and the best option is to let Malaysia rot further under the corrupted UMNO Government..An Independent Judiciary free from Executive Interference is also no good for the country and the best option is to sack the Lord President, which you did…A strong, credible Opposition party is also no good for Malaysia and hence Operation Lallang was carried out in 1987, to arrest and detain without trial, over 150 NGOs and Oppostion leaders under ISA .Reform is no good because the power of the Prime Minister to use Petronas reserves like it belongs to his grand-father will be withdrawn.Reform to APs for importation of foreign cars is also no good because my son Mukhriz will lose out the lucrative income. Dr.M you have screwed up Malaysia since 1981 and please do malaysians a favour and stay retired,it is only your cronies who will listen to you and not Bersih Malaysians..government.Mahathir is only try to scare the people in voting PR. Do not beelieve a word of what he said, he is old and useless. He still believes in iron rule but people in the 21st century have enough of that, they want change. There is no alternative but to vote in a new govt

Mahathir you are just a certified serial liar trying to justify your actions in the past. You do not show any empathy or remorse for the thousands of people who have been greatly impacted by your evil misdeeds that you regularly try to defend and cover up. Your consistent incoherent comments confirm your state of senility. When Mahathir retired in 2003 he claimed that his inability to change the Malays had been one of his great failures as prime minister. Now he is saying that the Malays should not be goaded to change, fearing that changing and liberalising them might lead the country to ethnic unrest. He infers that if they want to continue with their comfortable slumber on the bed of conservatism, just let them. This about turn is absolutely amazing — the mother of all flip flops. The fact of the matter is that the Malays have infact changed and today they are more aware of his dubiousness. This ight well be the reason why he wants them to revert to their former ignorant days.If the ruling govt doesnt do well , then its NO good for mahathir and it going to be good for the rakyat…..MAHATHIR !!! WE ARE NOT FOOL !!! Never trust and believe a single word uttered by our former PM TDMM since he is the greatest liarand lie spinner in the whole world.
Dr.M, because we ain’t having such said long overdue reforms, UMNO/BN positions are perilously at stake because of the said “unrest” that is already taking hold now…and only because of this that PM Najib is presently only “talking” about reforms…yesssssssss…only talking…as usual! As for you…keep on living and blabbing away with cold sweat! An attempt to keep on bonsaifying the malays and keeping stupid so the UMNOputras can screw them wholesale. Fear mongering to keep themselves safe from PR opening up their abuses since TDM’s rule.whatever that is happening in this country is because you were PM for far too long. You cheated your way to be PM for 22 years. Something to be proud of? from your family’s perspective, yes. From all the money you managed to garner from your tenure. From the country’s perspective? well, this is where malaysia is today. all because of you
